Windham High School - Renovate As New
Willimantic, Connecticut

• 259,763 square feet
• Completion: 2024
• 18 Early Childhood Center classrooms with new outdoor playscapes and interior gross motor rooms
• Renovated high school classrooms, laboratories and media center

The Windham High School renovation will be the first major renovation to the facility since its construction in 1970. Originally designed to hold 1,200 students, the student population has since declined, allowing for additional use groups within the building. The primary goals of this project are to create separate learning spaces for an Early Childhood Learning Center and a Grade 9-12 high school as well as house Board of Education office space.
