Friar Architecture is a team of 18+ dedicated individuals working together to achieve excellence in architecture and engineering. Five firm members have worked here for over 20 years, and the majority of our team has worked here at least five years. Each staff member is encouraged to develop within his or her role. Licensed firm members provide mentorship, helping staff gain the training required for registration exams.

ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT MANAGER
Position Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team. This individual will manage multiple projects simultaneously and must possess a strong balance of technical expertise, project coordination, and aesthetic sensibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage architectural projects from design through construction
Meet with clients, consultants, and contractors
Lead project teams and coordinate internal/external workflows
Oversee development of design and construction documents
Conduct client presentations and manage stakeholder communications
Handle contract administration and ensure project timelines and budgets are met
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (required)
5–8 years of relevant project management experience
Architectural license preferred but not required
Proficient in AutoCAD Architecture, Revit, and BIM software
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp); InDesign a plus
Strong technical knowledge and architectural detailing skills
Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
