We are not departmentalized, teams are dedicated to projects and follow them from concept to completion. Clients enjoy the benefit of being with the same team throughout their projects. Our teams are led and staffed by individuals who have worked together for as many as 30 years. As such we understand each other's strengths and communicate well.
As a team we developed a set of company values. We follow these values and share a common enthusiasm for architecture. Experienced team members share their knowledge through formal and informal mentorship.
We also enjoy a camaraderie outside of work, participating in charitable events and social activities. We work hard and we have fun.
