• Friar completed the original Ellsworth Elementary School in 2009
The original building dates back to the 1940’s and was used as a gym before being transformed into a warehouse and office space for the Board of Education. With student enrollment on the rise, Danbury decided to renovate this building to accommodate Pre-K and Kindergarten classrooms, offices, and the Board of Education offices.
This project is well under construction with the building ready for occupancy for the start of the 2022/2023 school year.
