On April 16, 2019, Friar Architecture attended the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the CREC Ana Grace Academy of the Arts in Bloomfield, CT. Friar joined hundreds of others, including the Márquez-Greene family, to celebrate the beginning of construction on the much-anticipated new school. Highlights of the ceremony included a musical performance by the CREC Ana Grace Honors Choir, and remarks by Ana Grace’s older brother, Isaiah Márquez-Greene. Construction of the new school is scheduled to be completed in the Fall of 2021. To see renderings of the building click here.
